You can download quicktime (.mov) or windows media viewer (.wmv) files to your local hard drive. Quicktime comes with most windows computers but if you don't have it you can download the basic version for free at www.quicktime.com. This is a very basic installation, just accept the user agreement and let it download and install. Either format can be downloaded and viewed if you have the free quicktime installed. To download the video just right click on a number of the video clip or the word "full" below the video thumbnail and select "save target as" . A window will open up showing your hard drive and you can decide where you want to save the movie. When it is finished downloading, click on it and it will open up and play on your computer. A full video is a large download of 15-30 minutes, about 200-300 MB, and a clip is 3 minutes or less, about 20-25 MB. Most videos are high quality for broadband and are usually relatively large in size for a user on a dialup modem.

If you are having problems logging in to the site, please remember that the login is case sensitive. That means that 'PASSWORD' is different than 'password' or 'PaSsWoRd' or 'Password'. Check your caps lock to make sure it is not enabled. Also, you usually cannot see the characters being typed in to the password box; all you see is asterisks (*******).
